We have a full machine shop, MIG and TIG welding, including stainless steel and aluminium welding and with sheet metal fabrication facilities as well as a full-size chassis table.
Making the most of our close collaboration with a top motorsport engineer, we can produce full roll cages up to FIA spec and setup front and rear suspension using a shock absorber dyno.
We have designed our own front and rear suspension systems for the rally minded or we have our own chassis conversions developed in-house to fit 5 speed and auto boxes in early Fords, whilst keeping the stock suspension setup.
We have also recently developed a new setup which allows for the installation of electric power steering in early Fords.
Other modifications we can provide include:
- Hydraulic brake conversions to Bendix style brakes and even hidden front disc brake kits.
- Rear axle conversions using the stock Ford banjo axle but installing Ford 9” half shafts and even locker diffs.
- Electrics 6 to 12 volt conversions to full rewires are also catered for.
